Oriental Massage – Online Booking and Cancellation Policy

Prices are for information purposes only.
Your booking is valid only after confirmation, which you will receive by e-mail or phone.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us by e-mail or phone.

Thank you for choosing Oriental Massage as your place of relaxation.
Our goal is to ensure that every guest enjoys the highest standard of service.
Please take a moment to carefully read and follow our booking and cancellation policy below.
📅 1. Appointment Modification and Cancellation
Appointments can be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
In case of cancellation within 24 hours or no-show, 50% of the service fee will be charged to compensate for lost time and staff scheduling.
💳 2. No-Show and Repeated Cancellations
If a guest does not appear for the booked session or cancels after the deadline, 50% of the service fee will be invoiced.
Guests who repeatedly violate the cancellation policy will have their online booking privilege suspended.
Future appointments for them can only be made by phone, with a 50% prepayment.
The deposit must be paid by credit card, and it is non-refundable if the guest fails to appear for the appointment.
⏰ 3. Late Arrival
If a guest arrives late but still wishes to receive the service, the treatment time will be shortened by the delay to respect subsequent appointments.
The full service fee remains payable in such cases.
📧 4. Possible Time Adjustments by the Salon
We reserve the right to adjust appointment times by 15–30 minutes if necessary, for daily schedule optimization.
Any change will be clearly indicated in the confirmation e-mail.
Please read the confirmation carefully to verify your final appointment time.
If the new time conflicts with your schedule, please contact our reception by phone, and we will do our best to find a suitable solution.
🔔 5. E-Mail Notifications
Our system automatically sends confirmation, modification, and cancellation notices by e-mail.
A reminder message will be sent 24 hours before your appointment.
Please check your e-mail inbox (including “Spam” or “Promotions” folders).
Excuses such as “I didn’t get the e-mail”, “I forgot”, or “Something came up” cannot be accepted to waive the cancellation fee.
